Child Enrollment

Our goal is to provide every child with a caring and positive atmosphere to learn and grow. We provide care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years at our 2 locations in Carterville, Illinois and Marion, Illinois.

Steps for Enrollment

  1. Fill out & sign Contract Agreement with $50 Enrollment Fee
  2. Fill out & sign Parent Handbook & Policy Agreement
  3. Fill out and sign Child Information Packet
  4. Fill out and sign any additional Forms (if applicable)
  5. Fill out and sign State Medical Form
  6. Bring in the above forms, along with Birth Certificate & Shot Records to complete enrollment.
  7. Pay Non-refundable Deposit of 1 week’s tuition.
    This can be divided over 5 weeks.
    It will be your last week of tuition with a 2 week notice.
