Robin & Randy Moore - Co-Owners of RNIL

Hi I am Robin Moore. I have been in the childcare industry for 14 years and started when my daughter Brittany was sick and I could not find anyone who would care for her. Brittany was a difficult baby and required a lot of attention. I opened Robin’s Nest in Colorado in 1998 and went from 12 kids to 80 kids in 6 months. I expanded my horizons with Little Chick’s in Colorado in 2003. I moved to Illinois in 2006 and opened Robin’s Nest IL in April of 2007. I have a degree in English Literature, an associate’s degree in ECE and Liberal Arts. I have 5 beautiful children and work with my husband Randy who shares in the Robin’s Nest dream by creating it! Randy builds my dreams with the maintenance and remodeling of the centers.

I tell everyone I know that "I have the most important job in the world: I am shaping tomorrow’s future…" I love what I do and live to be with the kids. I am blessed to have the people in my life support me and guide me through my journey!

	Co-Owners of RNIL - Lori & Chris Groves

Lori Groves & her husband Chris partnered up for the Robin’s Nest Ill. Lori is new to the child care industry and has jumped in with both feet and heart wide open! Lori is a natural with two boys of her own. Lori is learning quickly and a great partner! Chris ‘s contributions to the center have been awesome with the Randy & Chris duo! Lori & I are lucky to have two husbands that support us! Lori is currently going to school to get her degree in ECE!

Tanya Bonewell is my right hand girl in Colorado Robin’s Nest. Tanya came to work for Robin’s Nest when she was 15 and never left. Tanya has learned the business in the 7 years she has been at Robin’s Nest and is truly the “blue egg” of Robin’s Nest. Tanya will be the future owner of Robin’s Nest Colorado in Year 2011. Tanya has a degree in ECE and Psychology. The kids all call her Tanyala!

	Niki & Matt Burns - Owners of Little Chicks Colorado

Niki Burns also came from Robin’s Nest and actually started as a parent of Nathan…well that’s another story for another time. We love Nathan! Challenging & diverse in his thinking, Nathan brought Niki & I together.  Niki has worked for Robin’s Nest for over 5 years and has a degree in ECE. Niki bought Little Chick’s last year and runs the infant toddler building in Colorado. Niki has three children of her own and has been involved in girl scouts for the past 15 years!Niki’s husband also supports Robin’s Nest with his IT support and networking. We appreciate Matt’s help in the wee hours of the night!  Niki is wonderful with the babies and loves to roll around on the floor and be a kid. Niki has found her nitch in the world and it is with our Little Chick’s.
